Probex adopts strict anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) policies, aiming to protect the integrity of the platform and comply with applicable international standards.

1. Purpose

To prevent the use of the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any unlawful activity.

2. Identity verification

Before enabling certain features, Probex may require a valid identity document, proof of address and, where necessary, selfie verification or liveness proof.

The user undertakes to provide truthful and up-to-date information.

3. Due diligence

Probex applies due-diligence procedures proportionate to the user's risk profile and may request additional information about the source of funds.

4. Transaction monitoring

Transactions are monitored on an ongoing basis to identify atypical or suspicious patterns.

Operations showing signs of irregularity may be suspended for review.

5. Sanctions and restrictive lists

Probex screens users against international sanctions lists and refuses relationships with sanctioned persons or entities.

6. Reporting and record-keeping

Suspicious activities may be reported to the competent authorities as required by law.

Identification and transaction records are retained for the applicable legal period.
