Payment Policy
This policy describes the payment methods accepted by Probex, as well as the procedures and timeframes related to deposits. Payment transactions are processed by the entity indicated at the end of this document.
1. Accepted methods
Probex may offer different deposit methods, such as Pix, cards and cryptocurrencies, depending on availability in the user's region.
2. Deposit processing
Deposits via instant methods, such as Pix, are normally credited within a few seconds after confirmation.
Other methods may require additional clearing times.
3. Ownership
Payments must be made using means owned by the user themselves. Third-party payments may be refused.
4. Verification
Probex may request additional verification before crediting or releasing funds, in compliance with AML/KYC policies.
5. Payment processor
Financial transactions are managed by PROBEX FINANCIAL SERVICES CY LTD, as indicated at the end of this document.
