Refund Policy

This policy sets out the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed at Probex.

1. Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in cases of improper charges, processing errors or situations expressly provided for by law.

Losses arising from market operations carried out by the user are not refundable.

2. Request

The refund request must be sent to the support email, with the information and supporting documents necessary for review.

3. Review time

Requests are reviewed individually and answered in the shortest time possible. Approved refunds are processed using the same original payment method, when feasible.

4. Chargebacks

The user must contact support before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Improper chargebacks may result in account suspension.
