General Fees
This document sets out the general conditions regarding fees and costs applicable to the use of the Probex platform. Specific amounts may vary depending on the instrument, payment method and the user's region.
1. Account opening and maintenance
Creating an account and accessing the platform are free of charge. There is no mandatory monthly fee for account maintenance.
2. Spreads and trading costs
Each instrument may carry a spread or embedded cost, displayed at the time of the trade.
The payout of trades is shown in the interface itself before confirmation.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Probex aims not to charge fees on deposits, but payment processors or banks may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal fees, when applicable, are disclosed before the request is confirmed.
4. Inactivity
Accounts with no activity for extended periods may be subject to an inactivity fee, communicated to the user in advance.
5. Currency conversion
Operations involving currency conversion may include an exchange cost, according to the prevailing rates.
