Access to and use of the Probex platform imply the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use, as well as the other legal documents made available on our documents page.

These Terms constitute an agreement between the user and Probex and must be read together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Risk Disclosure.

Use of the platform is intended for persons who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.

The user is responsible for ensuring that the use of the services is permitted in the jurisdiction in which they are located. Probex may restrict access in certain countries.

The brand, software, layout, texts, graphics and other elements of the platform are owned by Probex or its licensors and protected by applicable law.

No provision of these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to the user.

The platform's content is informational and educational in nature and does not constitute financial advice or an offer of securities.

Probex strives to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may carry out maintenance or temporary suspensions.

The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment processors and market data providers.

Probex is not responsible for the content, practices or availability of these external services.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of obtaining results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Probex shall not be liable for losses arising from the user's investment decisions, market fluctuations, unavailability or factors beyond its reasonable control.

The user agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Probex for losses and damages arising from misuse of the platform or breach of these Terms.

Probex may suspend or terminate the access of users who breach these Terms, show signs of fraud or fail to comply with regulatory requirements.

The user may close their account at any time, subject to verification and balance-settlement procedures.

These Terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the entities indicated at the end of this document, without prejudice to any rights of the user guaranteed in the jurisdiction of their residence.
