General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions establish the rules for using the Probex platform and the services associated with it. By creating an account or using any Probex feature, the user declares having read, understood and fully accepted the conditions described herein.
1. Definitions
“Probex”, “we” or “platform” refer to the trading service operated by the entities indicated at the end of this document.
“User” or “you” refers to the individual who creates an account and uses the services.
“Account” refers to the personal record through which the user accesses the platform and its features.
2. Eligibility
To use Probex, the user must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity.
The user is responsible for verifying whether use of the platform is permitted in the jurisdiction in which they reside. Probex may restrict access to residents of certain countries.
3. Registration and account security
The user undertakes to provide true, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration.
Access credentials are personal and non-transferable. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activities carried out in their account.
Any unauthorized use must be reported to Probex immediately through the official support channels.
4. Nature of the services
Probex provides a technological platform for trading financial instruments and derivatives, including charting tools and technical indicators.
All content is informational and educational in nature and does not constitute a recommendation, financial advice or an offer of securities.
5. Prohibited conduct
Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or in any way that breaches these Terms, is prohibited.
It is prohibited to attempt to manipulate prices, exploit technical flaws, use unauthorized automated software or interfere with the normal operation of the services.
6. Intellectual property
All rights to the brand, software, design and content of Probex belong to the company or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
No provision of these Terms grants the user any ownership right over such assets.
7. Limitation of liability
Probex is not liable for losses arising from the user's investment decisions, market fluctuations, temporary unavailability or factors beyond its reasonable control.
The services are provided “as is”, without warranties of results.
8. Suspension and termination
Probex may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, show signs of fraud or fail to comply with regulatory requirements.
The user may close their account at any time, subject to any applicable verification and balance-settlement procedures.
9. Amendments
These Terms may be updated periodically. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new conditions.
